Youtube continues to show advertisements to my kids who watch videos about babies, such as baby sharks, and other channels.

This is the question I have been asking for over the last two months since I began gifting my daughter a tablet with all the Youtube channels that are specifically designed specifically for infants. They are said to aid in the development of babies, improving cognitive functions and other ones and help them grow socially and mentally. My daughter is awestruck by the video. She is always looking at it, her eyes shining, and her giggles ready for her lips. It's fun to watch her being entertained. But, I don't understand all of the commercial breaks. My child is not buying anything therefore why are you pushing ads, often not even baby-like, on my child's Youtube channel?

The first thing to note is that babies aren't able to comprehend commercials. It is both a wasteful of money as well as the waste of resources. They're babies and they aren't able to comprehend! If you're saying this, then why insist on playing these ads for little babies? Are you saying that if the father or mother, or perhaps other baby care workers are watching, they'll benefit from the ads? The advertisements are getting irritating.

The cat videos are the same. My cat is a fan of these incredible cat videos. It's usually birds or mice however my cat likes to watch them for long periods of time. It's like hunting, I suppose.. They constantly interrupt the videos with ads, trying to convince you to buy something. My cat isn't an avid consumer of anything other than the videos. Ads are irrelevant to her. Maybe they're hoping that my cat will be watching the videos? They could be right in part. Sometimes I find myself watching silly videos for cats while interacting with my cat.

And so I have found the perfect solution I've been using lately. This involves downloading Youtube videos directly onto my computer or to my daughter's tablet. Then, I can play them later. Do you understand what I am referring to? This site allows me to store the video on my computer and not have it transferred to Youtube each time my cat is interested in watching birds. It allows me to double-click an mp4 on my computer, which plays in VLC immediately and does not contain any advertisements.


The same process applies to the videos for babies and channels. It's simple to find videos my daughter enjoys and download them from Youtube and then copy them to her table.
