How to stay connected with the music of your homeland even if your life has been a bit boring over the past 10 years

What are you doing? I am a Russki young guy who came to America to seek a better future. In Russia I wasn't prosperous. I was in the middle. My family, not me per-se. Young adults in Russia were not dependent on money when they were growing up. As such we had no choice of finding ways to make our own money. Many methods were employed however the most popular was asking neighbours for money to purchase vodka for their community. The concept is very similar. We would find ways to make a few bucks and even buy an entire loaf. We always had food cravings.

So, I came to America. There's nothing quite like New York, Brooklyn or Brighton Beach. That place really reminds me of home. It's noisy and filthy the people are rude and it's full Russian speech. I've spend quite a bunch of dollars there, mostly in Russian restaurants and bookstores and music shops.

Music and books are among my favorite things. It is now possible to read Russian books online, which has been the case in recent times. This is why I no longer buy books in hardcopy. In addition, I don't have enough space in my home. My wife is almost a hoarder. Therefore I do what I can to avoid adding to her clutter. While the stacks of books appeared smart for the first couple of months, they became drab and uninteresting as I realized that there was still space for other things.

However, music is a different thing. I'm a fan of music as my job requires me to drive for long distances, so I am a huge fan of. As a Russian native, I've not been able to appreciate any new music I've found in the USA.. I don't like hip hop and rap. Also, all the modern stuff that kids like to dance to.. I really love the old Russian music, also those songs with a jail theme which are unique to the Russian music culture. These songs are still very popular in Russia even after 20 years. They don't get on CDs, they're typically tapes found in cars as well as videos on Youtube. Yes, they put everything on Youtube nowadays. After returning home from working, I can spend hours listening to music on Youtube.

I have a great playlist of 300 songs that I love. This playlist is a treasure trove of music that I listen to on repeat every day. It includes over 300 songs. The issue is that I can't find the Internet when I want them to listen in my car. This is because I use it to navigate and driving. Therefore, I make the preparation at home. I'm currently in the middle. I record a few songs on Youtube, then I convert these mp3s into MP3 files on my laptop. After that, I take that CD into the car, and I can listen. The site allows you to print the entire Youtube playlist, then convert each song to MP3 and save it on my computer at home. It's then easy to transfer it to audio CD. Sometimes, I'm a little naughty and just make data CD, that won't play on my old car stereo. If audio files are recorded, it's incredible how technology works. You don't need to be connected to the internet to listen to mp3s, all I need is a CD to put into my car's stereo. url to mp3 The music from Russia blasted in Manhattan while I drove around.


It's easy and cheap to download videos from Youtube and convert them into mp3 so you can save them to your smartphone. My friend connected his smartphone to his car stereo , and the phone started playing high quality sound within less than two seconds. He also could stream Spotify and Pandora radio. This doesn't require too much Internet. This is something I'm planning to test the next time. Of course, I'll take care not to use any free WiFi.
