May be easy due to all clubs collaborating, maybe firms can sponsor, contact sa, alumnis for fund

Ppl are not switching tables, only coming to the table they are interested in the section, the networking is after dinner

Have different challenges to make it fun, not make it serious, make it lighthearted

Finance professionals coming too, so 1 finance 1 acc prof at each table

2 and a half hours to 3 hours.
Gotta get the concept down to make it long

How much are the students learning if they are asking individual questions?

Different sections with chairs,

Students have many questions, so time gaps shouldn't be an issue, make them aware ahead of time

Dinner- make it randomized so ppl can have conversations with ex:1 tax 1 finance professional etc
Intro to assur&advisory event sept 8th 6pm-8pm, pp event, discuss and cmpre it to tax

Speed networking for second event,
Two lines of chairs, professionals sit one side student on other , 2-3 mins per person pitch, then move to next professional, give feedback. Mock interview will be 4-6 minutes on a different table

Mock interviews- how many students determines how mant prof needed
10 professionals, 40 students, rotations. STUDENT SITS, gives pitch, then gives mock interview, it is together not separate, 10 mins feedback, 40 sec pitch, 10 min mock
It has to be rsvp, we have to move ppl around, keep time, sign in, logistics is on the members
Only EY professionals? Or are we getting other company?
Each student gets 1 interview? Or shorten it to 10min interviews?
