Banquet is a great idea, how are we going to set it up though. MYS event similarity? Speaker at podium, different tables, ppl will eat food after the speaker speaks. 3 companies will be there. Instead of ppl sitting in rows, ppl will be at tables. Eat after speaking. Speak, then eat.
Ppl will sit by rsvp, then assign them
They will be given a number tag when they walk in for their table.
Professionals will be rotating.
Assurance, tax, advisory sections split. Couple of professionals correspond to each sections. 20 minutes per section.
Event in one room, one side of the ballroom.
Speaker will speak before ppl eat.
Only banquet event, not introductory so its separate.
30 professionals, 2 per table, 6 students per table.
Students get to mingle better with professionals this way
