It is important to prepare for traveling with kids. There is no internet access for free.

Yes I did.. My kids are so bad when it comes to this, they believe the WiFi at the high up on the mountain must be weak. Even though it's not huge but the mountain isn't in the normal range of cell networks. My children have to walk around looking for better internet connections while my wife and me set up small camping sites. This area is perfect for us to stay for some time. There's a small stream nearby , which provides clean water although there's no water available. Yes.. my wife and I can't camp without plenty of water so we bring our own.

While my kids check their social profiles while I take in the view. The hill isn't too huge. It's surrounded and dominated by many more. To be close to mother nature, we visit here every once during the moon's blue. It is only me who enjoys these trips, although I'm not the primary driver. My wife is the one who insists of doing this, maybe partially because she knows how much I enjoy being out in the wild. However, my kids are a completely different story. Internet can be down at times. Clouds or perhaps other magnetic movement can disrupt the streaming music for a minute or two before the sound restores. It's annoying for me even though it happens a lot.

After a couple of trips without Wi-Fi, and with the internet service on our phones constantly dropping out of service, it was clear that we had to be prepared. We, i.e. my wife and I, were prepared for the event that our children won't be connected to the internet for longer than 10 minutes. We put up two sources of entertainment to keep us entertained even when internet is not available during camping trips. The tablet contained music videos as well as the most popular songs on it. Our most-loved Youtube MP3 tool was able to help us extract songs and convert them into mp3 files before downloading to the tablet. It also works with playlists, so it was quite a fast procedure, despite it sounding like a long.. Plus most songs we already had on my laptop which meant it was only a matter of copying many files. If someone were feeling blue or bored you can listen to music, view videos, and - lucky for us all, listen to music with blue tooth-connected headphones. This is pretty cool, don't you think? It's clear that the object is not making any sound.

The second tablet was mostly cartoons, as well as TV shows downloaded from Hulu, Netflix and other applications. This permits offline storage to save the videos to watch later. Although the quality isn't great but it's still enjoyable. We have many seasons of Breaking Bad and lots of animated shows like Family Guy and Disenchantment. It was fun and easy. Tablet 2 came 1 or 2 times after tablet 1 but when it finally joined us in The Wild, there was no stopping my children from playing with it and watching shows. I made a few DIY videos, including building a tent for fresh fish and skinning the fish. Things you would never do in your home city.. These videos were downloaded from Youtube. I converted them to MP4 and then transferred them to my tablet. It's easier to have video on your tablet when you work.

These two tips have kept my children occupied during the last 4 family camping excursions. They're also happy to be out and about, because they know that tablet 2 will make their boring idle time more enjoyable. They can take it home anytime they'd like. This is all I've ever wanted and I've never felt more content.
