I've been jogging my whole life. But recently, because of Covid and pandemic lockdowns I needed to make some adjustments. Therefore, I began running inside. This stationary bike, which I have also started to ride inside, is absolutely remarkable. It's very easy, I just type in BPM I want and it shows me a few choices, I select the ones I know and like and look for faster songs as well as more speedy..
