When I travel with kids, I always prepare at home, as you cannot rely on the WiFi that is free on the top of a mountain

Yes I did say that.. My kids are so bad at it, they think that the that the WiFi at the top of the mountain is weak.. Even though it's not huge, the hill is not within normal range of cell networks. My children must look around for better internet connectivity while my wife and me set the camping spots in small areas. We're hoping to stay here for a couple of days, there's a small brook nearby, fresh water even that we own. Yes.. My wife is unable to camp without sufficient water. We carry our own water almost all of the time.

And so my children are back on their social media profiles, and I am enjoying the panorama.. It's not huge, but it's bordered on all sides by larger hills. We visit this hill once in a while in order to feel closer to earth. These are my most memorable trips and I'm the only person who really enjoys these excursions. My wife insists on doing this. Perhaps she knows that I love being outdoors in the wild. However, my children, they are a different story completely. Internet is usually inaccessible. Sometimes, something in the clouds or magnetic motions can disrupt the streaming music for a few minutes before it returns. This can be annoying even for me since it can cause me to be able to hear the whole incident occur.


After several trips with no internet or phones being able to connect after a few trips, we decided it was the right time to prepare. We, i.e. my wife and me, prepared for the eventuality that our kids won't be connected to the internet for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, we came up with two sources of never-ending entertainment even when Internet isn't available on our camping excursions. Another was a tablet that contained music videos and charts. listentoyoutube Our favorite Youtube mp3 convertor helped us extract music from videos and convert them into MP3 and then download the songs to our tablet. It also supports playlists, so it was quick, even though it sounds awful. In case of being bored or depressed, someone could listen to music, watch videos, and, lucky for all, listen to sounds through headphones that connect to blue tooth. This is fantastic, right?! It did not make a sound.

Second tablet contained mostly shows and cartoons that we downloaded from Hulu as well as Netflix apps with offline storage for later watching. While the quality isn’t the best, it is sufficient enough to hold several seasons and cartoons, including Family Guy, Disenchantment, and Breaking Bad. The show was extremely entertaining, and extremely simple to watch.. Just install the apps, enable downloads for offline viewing and then download the episodes. then mark them for download and forget, app will do all by itself. Tablet 2 was delivered a couple of days after tablet 1. When it arrived my kids could use it to watch TV shows. I personally added a few DIY videos, such as putting up the tent and skinning freshly caught fish.. It's not easy to be able to find these tasks in the city. The videos were downloaded from Youtube and converted into MP4 then downloaded to my tablet. It's much more convenient to stream video onto the tablet when you're working and can't bother waiting for videos to start streaming, you need it right there.. Download videos onto your tablet in time, and then do not waste your time doing this.

These two tricks have kept our kids engaged on four family camping trips. Even though they don't like going outside anymore They know that their tablet 2, keeps them entertained during boring downtime.
