Taco is a very popular culinary preparation in Mexico that consists of a tortilla, usually corn, that is folded to contain within various ingredients and some type of sauce. It is the most representative "antojito" of Mexican cuisine
En un tazón, combinar la carne molida con sal, pimienta y dejar marinar 5 minutos.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, pepper and let marinate for 5 minutes.
En una cacerola a fuego alto, verter el aceite y sofreír el ajo y la cebolla hasta que estén dorados.
In a saucepan over high heat, pour the oil and sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown.
Poner a fuego medio, agregar la carne, la paprika, y cocinar por 10 minutos revolviendo constantemente.
Put over medium heat, add the meat, paprika, and cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly.
En otro tazón, diluir la Crema de Tomate MAGGI® en el agua. Verter esta mezcla en la cacerola junto a la carne, revolver y cocinar por 15 minutos. Retirar del fuego y reservar.
In another bowl, dilute the MAGGI® Tomato Cream in the water. Pour this mixture into the saucepan next to the meat, stir and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
En otro tazón, mezclar el tomate, la cebolla, el limón, el aceite, el cilantro, la sal, la pimienta y dejar marinar por 15 minutos en el refrigerador.
In another bowl, mix the tomato, onion, lemon, oil, coriander, salt, pepper and let marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
En un sartén a fuego alto, calentar las tortillas por ambos lados.
In a skillet over high heat, heat the tortillas on both sides.
En cada tortilla, colocar 3 cucharadas de carne, 2 cucharadas de pico de gallo y 1 cucharada de Queso Americano
In each tortilla, place 3 tablespoons of meat, 2 tablespoons of pico de gallo and 1 tablespoon of American Cheese
