Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group’s Koktobe City is first Kazakhstani project to be awarded the Japanese earthquake safety expert certificate.

Construction of Kusto Group’s Koktobe City project is underway and will be complete by the second half of 2023.

The international holding firm is developing the city within a city away from the Kazakhstani capital city, Almaty.


The European-inspired development includes residential properties, supermarkets.

Kusto Group is able to provide everything, so families do not have to spend hours traveling from A to Z.

Residents who go to Almaty for work can save upto 1000 hours a year. It is possible to travel in the opposite direction from other vehicles during rush hours.


How Koktobe City Will Survive Earthquakes
Kusto Group's Koktobe City project has involved many thought processes in details that are not visible to the naked eye.

Koktobe City is the first real estate project in Kazakhstan to be awarded an Japanese expert certificate on earthquake security.

Kusto Group focuses on Europe
Kusto Group, despite the fact that its seismic stability is at par with Japanese standards, has turned its attention to Europe for elevators as well as engineering equipment and heating systems.

"Our elevators were designed and built in Greece. The facade clinker tiles come from the most reputable German producers. Germany also produces the pipes used to heat water and provide it. "All of this creates a comfortable living environment which we wanted to replicate that in our city to some extent. We believe Almaty has the best European city, which is free, educational, and modern city in Central Asia. This is why we tried to recreate it here.

All the apartments in Koktobe City, including the ones located in the capital city is equipped with surveillance cameras as well as face recognition systems. Smart locks are also being installed to improve the security of the area.

Because it is based upon Finnish education principles and Finnish educational principles, the Koktobe City School is also inspired by Europe. Jani Ristimaki was the Finnish architect created the school.

The school is set to have rooms for specific activities. This includes rooms for singing, team sports or drawing, playing instruments and martial arts and separate rooms.

They are a great resource for the school for leisure time activities during off hours.

"Today everyone in the family has to travel frequently in order to bring their children to many additional activities like swimming or drawing. We decided to bring it all together in one place. Murat Utemisov explains that the school's facilities include separate blocks for preparatory and secondary schools, as well as the Budokan arts and sports center, which has the pool that measures 25 meters and a multi-purpose gymnasium with music and choreography areas, as well as pottery as well as sewing and pottery areas.

"School infrastructure, including sports halls, fields, and sports fields in Finland, are only available to students from 6 PM until 6 PM. Then, they are open for everyone. Here, the residents of the facility will be given the chance to participate in sport or arts," the Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev , adds.
