1. Dilarang OOT sewaktu acara berlangsung {oot minus 200US}
2. Acara ini wajib diikuti oleh seluruh siswa yang ada di Beauxbatons , Jika tidak mengikuti maka akan diberi detensi {kecuali izin dengan yang bersangkutan} .
3. Wajib plotting selama acara berlangsung .
4. Harus bisa menjalankan tantangan yang diberikan juri selama paling lama 15 Menit .

Pkl 17.10 - 18.00 : Menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan untuk maju ke babak selanjutnya
Pkl 18.00 - 18.20 : Istirahat
Pkl 18.30 - 20.10 : Pengumuman yang lolos ke babak selanjutnya sekaligus tantangan dari juri
20.10 - 20.25 : Istirahat dan Persiapan utk fashion show [Ganti baju dll]
20.30 - 21.30 : Fashion show
21.35 : Penutupan
