I have done nothing to break the rules. Asking for things is not a crime. In this message, (https://discord.com/channels/937743943326638190/937752851810226236/977977841914364016) purple skittle lists the things I have done. The second thing listed says that I pinged fizz, which is true, however fizz did not seem to care, and would have told me if that was the case. In law, people tend to not be put on trial unless charges are filed against them by the victim. However, this is not the case. The first and third, I take full responsibility. I have autism and social pragmatic communication disorder, the latter of which severely impairs my ability to “read the room,” per se, and pick up social cues. This is worsened by the fact that on the internet, there is no room to read. I also attribute this to my stubbornness. For whatever reason, early on in life, begging has gotten me what I want. While this is no longer the case, it’s a habit that’s, sadly, stuck with me. However my fault this may be, the main thing I would like to point out is that this is not against the rules. There is no rule preventing me from asking for things. While it is annoying, and I will try to stop in the future, I have not broken any rules.

purpleskittleo and adler are a different story. When adler told me I “deserved to be bullid mercilessly, ” I informed them that bullying is against the server rules. adler and purpleskittleo then proceeded to taunt me, with purpleskittleo saying “who you gonna tell… the mods?” and adler deleted my message linking to the bullying rule. Shroom, entering the conversation, then advised me to leave. This is something someone who actually cares about their business (which the RoseSMP is at this point) would do anything to prevent, especially from an active, semi-popular user. Later on, adler said that they would be banning me because I was doing this “for pity and attention.” I was not, and even if I was, banning me for it would be admin abuse.


In conclusion, adler and purpleskittleo have broken the “no bullying” rule, and if not, have broken the “Starting drama, fights, being rude/insulting, trolling” rule, and should be demoted and/or punished.
