Venture Capital, Thoughts and Much Less - Rami Beracha

The issue of miscommunication is serious. It's a danger that we have created. It starts a second after making the first contact with another person and ends with a spectacular explosion...
The biggest error we make is to assume that we're completely in sync in our expectations of each other without trying to guess what our partner expects from us. One thing, however, which we are in total accord with our partner in and he doesn't hesitate to miss an opportunity to widen the gap in expectations. .... There's no one to inform us of the imminent clash.
There are numerous reasons that could lead to confusion. Square personalities are more likely to not communicate with liberal personalities. Affirmative personalities may struggle to align their expectations and those of passive individuals. This is easy to see - squared can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive can be distinguished from passive.

What do you think if they're very different, but they do not be aware of it. Consider if there's an individual gap. It has not been found or reported on or investigated by anyone. !
Let me introduce to you, ladies and gentlemen an entirely new kind of personality that we all share: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus those from the half circle! !

Note : This is a behavioral guidance. After you have read the analysis, try and determine which type of persona best represents your personality. Also look for the person who your partner in real life. If you find that you're of two distinct types, then you should be content. It could be the cause of the differences you have. If, on the other hand you're of the same kind I'm sorry, but I can't help you understand why your relationships look like nothing but shit...

So, here we go...
There are two kinds of human beings human beings. Some people are 'full-circle' who are a self-contained person who feels completely at home all by him. Yes, he wants to connect with other people and the truth is, he's always looking for someone to share his life with. Absolutely! All true! ... He is still able to survive without his dream partner. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to continue living his life shoulder to shoulder with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.
Other people are the "half-acircle" types. Once they have found the miserable animal and they are determined to keep go of it. To create a joyful circle, they will almost integrate with the victim... but do not let them go through the bullshit of living side by side! The Halves will never sacrifice their love for each other. They will gaze at each one another in the same manner from the distance for the rest. Their desire to become one with their partner and form a unit will only be fulfilled by an intimate relationship.
The decision to let go of someone is a common observation. The whole circle will typically be the first to let go of a companion with whom they have lost his chemistry quickly. Half-circles on the other hand will redefine the concept of 'having the same chemistry' as their partners to mean: 'I'm holding onto this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him in a proper manner'.
Imagine a dance where a half-a-circle and a full circle are trying to please their partner. However, the Half is able to move two steps ahead of the safety zone. This unexpected invasion into his private space can be somewhat scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The only issue is taking the Half out of his comfortable zone. When .... the Half is sure that the Full made an innocent wrong move and take a step to make up for it with a step forward, the Full becomes angry and takes a bigger step backward.. The Half begins to realize that there is nothing innocent about what is going on in this situation and his next step is not gentle at all.. the Full.. the Half.. The Half and the Full are irritated with one another. They can't describe their hurt and are unsure of the reason. It could be a lot easier for them to live if they had known the difference between Half and Full.
While this article isn't intended to provide a complete outline, there are a few steps you can take.
1. Find out who you are.
Rami Beracha
2. Discover who is your real partner is.
3. Be aware that there is a huge difference.
3. Respect that different!

In reality, one conclusion is: Live and let live.
