Communication is a huge issue. It's a minefield we have created. It starts seconds after making contact and then ends with an incredible explosion...
Our biggest mistake is almost always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't want to get inside our partner's thoughts to find the expectations he has. However, there is one thing that we almost always are in agreement on: he won't overlook an opportunity ....to increase the expectations gap. There is no one to tell us about the upcoming clash.

There are many causes of communication issues. They usually are related to our individual personalities. The squared personality is more likely than liberal personalities to communicate poorly, while aggressive personalities might have trouble in coordinating expectations with passive. This isn't difficult to spot - we know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.
What if they're totally different? It's possible that there is an individual gap in personality that we aren't aware of. No one has ever discovered it, warned about it, investigated it...NOT even been frightened! !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen the new type of personality that we all share The FULL-CIRCLE personality and people from the half circle! !

So, here we take a look...
Humans are split into two groups. There are those who are 'full-circle' types which is a person who finds it easy to be completely by themselves. Sure, he would like to partner with others and the truth is, he's always seeking an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, until he's found the perfect partner, he will be able to live without one. He would like to share his life with his love and is hoping to make it to the end of his circle.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite face of the human race. (No this isn't a the full-circle type that was damaged in delivery). They won't let go once they've found their miserable partner. They will move to almost physically integrate with the victim in order to form a happy circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves will not accept any less than gazing at one another from a distance for the rest. Nothing less intimate can satisfy their urge to integrate with the other half and create a whole.

A striking distinction between these types is the decision to let go a partner. The whole circle will typically be the first to let go of a companion with whom they have lost chemistry very quickly. Half-circles on the other hand redefine the idea of having chemistry' with their partners to mean: 'I'm holding on to this B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine a dance where the half-circle and the full circle try to make their partner feel happy. The half is able to take two steps forward past the safety zone. The sudden invasion of his private space can be slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he did this by forcing the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half thinks that the Full made an error that was not his fault and responded with a step forward the Half becomes irritated and takes another step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. Both know why but lack proper terms. They can't properly explain their feelings, so they search at the wrong things. They could have escaped in the event that they knew the distinction between Half and Full.
There is no single answer to this essay. However, there are some actions items:
1. Learn more about who you are.
