It's a huge problem that people do not understand. It's a minefield caused by us. It starts just seconds after our first encounter with someone, and concludes with an amazing explosion...
Our biggest mistake is almost always assuming complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't attempt to pick out the thoughts of our partner to figure the expectations he has. One thing we can be sure of however: our partner will not miss an chance to widen this gap . There's no one to warn us about the coming confrontation.

There are a variety of reasons that lead to communication issues, and the majority of them stem from our personalities. Squared personalities are likely to confuse people of a liberal mindset, and individuals who are aggressive will have a hard time aligning expectations with passive ones. It is simple to identify - everyone knows that they are squared from liberal and passive from aggressive.
What if they're very different? They'll never recognize that. It is possible that there exists a personality gap, which we do not know about. No one has ever discovered it or been warned of or studied it. !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a new personality kind that we all have in common. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE differ from the half CLIRCLE characters. !
Note - A behavioral guidance - when you read the following analysis, attempt to determine which of the two personalities describe you best as well as attempt to determine which one of your friends is. If you realize that you're of two distinct types - like Bono sings "we are all one, but we are different" - then you should be thrilled because you may have just discovered the reason behind the differences between you! If, on one hand, you are similar to one another I'm sorry to say that I am unable to help you understand why you have relationships that appear to be so terrible.

Humans are split into two. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category that is a person who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't feel that he needs to have a partner. Yes, he does need an accomplice. Absolutely! 100% true! ... He is still able to survive without his ideal partner. He will continue to live his life in a relationship with his partner until the time comes to find one.

The "half a circle" people on the other side have a partner. They will not let go of their miserable animal when they discover it. To create a joyful circle, they will nearly join with the victim... however, do not let them go through the absurdity of living side by side! The Halves aren't willing to give up anything less than starring one at the other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy will fulfill their desire to be connected with one another and form one whole.
The choice to let go is an everyday occurrence. The full circle will naturally let go relatively quickly from an individual he no longer has his chemistry with. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand redefine the notion of having chemistry' with their partners to mean: 'I'm holding the B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him properly'.

Imagine the fantastic dance that happens when a "half" and "full" circle attempt to be their partner. They are not aware of their differences. The Half takes two leaps forward, well beyond the comfort space of the Full, who considers the sudden intrusion into his personal space too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he stepped out half of his comfortable zone .... and, while the Half was sure the Full had made an innocent mistake The Half starts to get angry and takes a step forward. The Full and the Half know why but lack proper language. They aren't able to properly express their frustration, and so they search at the wrong things. They could have saved themselves in the event that they knew the distinction between Half and Full.
This essay does not have an end-to-end conclusion. However it does contain a few actions items.
1. Find out who you are as a person.
2. Find out more about your partner
3. Be aware that there is a big difference.
3. Respect the distinction!
