We make the biggest mistake of thinking that we are fully aligned with our partners' expectations. One thing we can agree on is that our partner doesn't miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations ..... There's no one to tell us about the imminent conflict.
There are many causes of confusion, and they are usually due to our individual personalities. People who are square are more likely to miscommunicate frequently with liberal personalities. Aggressive personalities may struggle to align their expectations with passive personalities. But, this isn't difficult to spot as we are all aware of the distinction between liberal and squared and passive from active.

There are two kinds of human beings: humans. Certain of us are 'full-circle' types which is a person who is completely comfortable by himself. He does want to be a part of a group and sure, he's always looking for an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, he can't live without his dream companion until he finds one. He wants to share his life with his love and is hoping to make it to the end of his circle.

The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types that are (no, it's not full circles that have been damaged in the course of the delivery) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... It's true they require an accomplice and yes, they need an ally desperately, yes, they're constantly searching, even religious, for a partner... and , yes, it's as important in terms of national security for them to locate their ideal partner as they can't live without one. Once they have found the grumpy creature, they won't let go of it. They will work to physically integrate their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves will not compromise on their desire to staring at each at each other from a distance of 0 for the rest of their lives. Their desire to become one with their partner and create a whole will only be fulfilled by something less intimate.

A fascinating observation of the two types of people is the choice to let go of the person you are with. A partner who has lost chemistry with the full circle will be dismissed easily by the entire circle. Half-circles are, however, will redefine the definition of having mutual chemistry with their companions as 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I can safely replace him using a suitable upgrade'.

Imagine the amazing dance that occurs between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfortable zone .... and, while the Half was certain that the Full had made an error that was innocent, the Half begins getting angry and takes a step in the opposite direction.
