It's a major issue when people misunderstand. It can be a minefield, which is our fault. It starts just seconds after our first interaction with someone and concludes with an amazing explosion...
We make the biggest error of believing that we are fully aligned with the expectations of our partners. One thing that we are in complete alignment with our partner on - he also doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap .... And we don't need anyone to alert us of the coming conflict.

There are many potential causes of miscommunications. Many of them stem from the differences in our personalities. People who are square are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. Aggressive personalities may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive personalities. This isn't difficult to recognize - we know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.

What if they're very different? Only they won't be aware of it. Consider if there's an individual gap. There is no one who has noticed it or warned anyone else about it, investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen to a new type personality we all have: the FULL CIRCLE personalities as opposed to the HALF-CIRCLE people. !

Two categories of human beings are referred to as human. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category, which is an individual who is completely self-sufficient and doesn't feel that he needs to have a partner. It's true that he wants to be with someone and he's looking for one. Absolutely! 100% true! ... He is still able to survive without his ideal partner. If he can find the right one, he will be able to enjoy his life with his full circle partner.
The "half of a circle" people on the other side are those who need to find a companion. They won't let go of the miserable creature after they have found it. They'll move to physically join their victim to create one joyful circle... and do not allow them to experience the dreadful reality of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves will not accept anything less than staring at one another from zero distance. Only intimacy will fill their need for connection to one another and create an entire.

An interesting observation among the kinds is the way they choose to part ways with their partner. The entire circle will undoubtedly let go of a partner that has lost their chemistry rapidly. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand will redefine the idea of having an chemistry' with their partner to be: 'I'm holding onto this B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs when a "half" and "full" circle try to make each other their partners. They're unaware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps forward, well from the comfort zone of his Full, who thinks the sudden intrusion into his personal space too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone . Even though the Half believes that the Full made a error, and kindly compensated by making another step forward, the Half gets more worried and starts to feel irritated. They don't know why but they lack proper terminology and can't explain the situation. Therefore, they head to the wrong places. If they had known that one is a Half and the other is Full it could have helped them ...
