The issue of miscommunication is serious. It's a hazard we've have created. It starts one second after the initial contact is made with a person and ends with a massive explosion...
Our biggest error is always taking for granted that there is a complete alignment of expectations on both sides. We don't attempt to read our partner's mind to find the expectations he has. One thing we can have in common is that our counterpart doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap ..... We don't even need anyone to alert us of the upcoming conflict.
There are a variety of reasons for confusion. They usually are related to our individual personas. Square people are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner than liberal personalities, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble matching their expectations to those of passive individuals. This is easy to spot: we all know what squared signifies.

But, they may not be aware that they're different. There exists a gap in personality between them however, we aren't aware about it. Nobody has ever noticed it and warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
Let me introduce you, ladies and gentlemen to the new type of personality that we all have: the FULL CIRCLE personalities in contrast to the half-circular people. !
Note – This is behavior guidance. After you have read the analysis, try to discover which persona best represents your personality. Also you should determine who your partner in real life is. You may be surprised find that you have different personalities. Like Bono sang, "we are one, but we're not the identical." It's a positive sign since it could indicate that you've identified the root of many of your different personalities. There are two kinds of human beings human beings. There are two kinds of humans: the 'full circle' type, who is totally self-contained and feels completely at ease in their own space. It's true that he wants to be around someone else, and he's in search of one. Absolutely! 100% true! ... He is still able to survive without his ideal partner. Once he has found the perfect one, he will be able to live the rest of his life with his complete circle of friends.

The "half of a circle" individuals on the opposite side have to find a companion. When they find the miserable animal that they have found, they will not let go of it. They'll attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them and will not let go of the idea of living together. The Halves don't want to sacrifice anything other than staring one at the other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate can give them the desire to connect with the other half and create one whole.
A fascinating observation about these two typesof people: the decision to let go of a partner. The whole circle will typically let go of a person who has lost chemistry very quickly. Half-circles on the other hand will redefine the idea of having an chemistry' with their partner to mean: 'I'm holding the B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine a dance where two half-circles and a complete circle are trying to make their partner happy. However, the half is able to take two steps forward past the comfortable zone. This unexpected invasion into the privacy of his own is a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he has stepped out of his comfort zone .... and as the Half was certain that the Full was making an innocent mistake, the Half begins getting angry and takes a step in the opposite direction. They know why but for lack of proper terminology and the inability to properly describe their agony and they turn towards the wrong directions! The victims could have been spared if they had known that the answer they're seeking is Half, while the other is fully.
