Self introduction:
Thank you for the opportunity to be interviewed for this Chemist position with your organization today.
I would describe myself as a hard worker; somebody who is always willing to learn. And I am passionate about research, scientific-based investigations and making a difference in the work I undertake as a Chemist. I am diligent, attentive and professional who is able to collaborate with anyone in a team to meet the objectives of the laboratory I am employed by.
I graduated from the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology with a degree in Chemistry and during my studies, I learned the importance of being organized, meeting strict deadlines, supporting others in their goals, and developing exceptional report writing and record keeping capabilities.
As a Chemist, I understand the importance of accurate working, being flexible in your approach to work, and also taking responsibility for your ongoing professional development.
I first became interested in this role when I was younger, and that passion has never diminished. This means I care about the work I do; I care about my professional development and the standards I maintain while following strict working practices and procedures.

4. Why do you want to have this job?
I want to have this job because I am very passionate about science especially Chemistry. Throughout my study, I have enjoyed my experiences working in the laboratory. Hence, I strive to work there as my profession. Prior to becoming a Chemist, I considered the career carefully, especially in terms of the responsibility that comes with the role, and the level of academic and ongoing learning that is required. I keep up to date with the current advancement in science and technology. Sometimes, I review researchers published by renowned people to learn about new findings this field. I believed with my strong grip, I may be able to achieve accomplishment for my intrinsic interest as well for the sake of the company.
