Venture Capital. Thoughts and Much Less. - Rami Beracha

This blog is written by Rami Beracha on the venture capital world. Rami is also co-founder of Sosa.
Rami Beracha
The issue of miscommunication is very serious. It's like an open-air minefield. It starts a second after the initial contact is made with a person and ends with a massive explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, without reason whatsoever, we nearly always assume that we are in complete agreement with the expectations of both parties without trying to discern our partner's mind to determine what his expectations from us are. We are almost always fully in agreement with our counterpart, minus one thing : he doesn't overlook the chance to increase the gap in expectations . There's no one to tell us about the coming conflict.
There are a variety of possible causes of miscommunication. The majority of them are caused by differences in our personalities. Square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate than liberal personalities, while aggressive personalities may have difficulty matching their expectations to those of passive personalities. But, this isn't difficult to recognize - we all know the difference between liberal and squared, and active from passive.
Rami Beracha
But what if they are completely different? Imagine if there's an individual gap. It is not something that any person has ever investigated, warned of, or traced. !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you all to the different personality types: The FULL versus the HALF CIRCLE people! !
Rami Beracha
It is a behavioral guide. If you go through the analysis below attempt to determine the personality that best describes you. Also, try to identify your partner in real life. If you find that you're different kinds and you are not content. This could be the reason behind many of your differences. If however, you are similar to one another and you're not sure why, I'm sorry to say that I'm not able to help you understand why your relationships look like the same thing...
Here we go...
There are two types of human beings human beings. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category that is a person who is completely self-sufficient and does not feel like he needs an accomplice. Yes, he does need an accomplice. Absolutely! all true! ... But, he will not be able to live without his dream partner until he locates one. He would like to share his life with his beloved and is hoping to complete his circle.
The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during delivery). Once they have found the grumpy creature, they won't let it go. They'll work to physically integrate their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves aren't willing to give up anything less than staring one at the opposite from a distance of a single pixel for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy will fulfill their desire to be connected with one another and form a whole.
The decision to let go of someone is an everyday occurrence. The full circle is likely to be able to let go of the person he has lost the chemistry of. On the other hand half-circles will alter the definition of chemistry between two people to mean - "I hold onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with a new upgrade."
Imagine a dance where the half-circle and the full circle try to please their partner. The Half can take two steps forward past the comfortable zone. This unexpected invasion into his private space can be somewhat scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he took half of his comfortable zone .... and as the Half was certain that the Full had made an innocent mistake The Half starts to get frustrated and takes another step in the opposite direction. They can't describe their hurt and are unsure of the reason. If they had known that one of them is Half and the other is Full it could have saved their lives ...
This essay does not have a conclusive conclusion. However, it does contain some actions.
Rami Beracha
1. Learn who you are
2. Find out who you are with
Rami Beracha
3. There is a difference.
3. Respect that distinction!
One conclusion could be drawn"Live and let live..
