There are many causes of communication issues. They're usually due to our individual personality. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate with those who are liberal, while aggressive personalities will find a hard time aligning expectations with passive ones. This is easy to recognize as everyone can tell squared from the liberal, and passive from the aggressive.

Two groups of humans can be described as human. Certain of us are split into two groups one of which is self-contained and others feel totally at ease in their own space. Sure, he would like to partner with others and sure, he's always seeking someone to share his life with. Absolutely! 100% true! ... BUT, until he has found his ideal partner, he will be able to live without one. When he has found the one he wants, he would like to live his life in a relationship with his - hopefully full circle - of friends.
The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kind of people - (no, it's not full circles that got damaged in the course of the delivery) (see below) ... It's true they require an accomplice They want to find a partner very badly, and yes, they're constantly searching, even religious, to find a suitable partner... and , yes, it's on the same scale for national security that they find their perfect partner since they simply cannot survive without one. Once they've found the terrible creature, they DO NOT LET GO! They will attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them, and not give up on the idea of living in harmony. The Halves will not relinquish their desire to stare at each at each other from a distance of zero for the rest of their lives. Anything less intimate will give them the desire to connect with one another and form an entire.
A fascinating observation between the types is how they decide to let go of their partners. The entire circle would typically let go of a person with whom they have lost chemistry very quickly.
