Items adalah obat atau ramuan penyembuh yang digunakan dalam duel untuk menyembuhkan atau menghidupkan kembali. Items dibedakan menjadi 2 berdasarkan fungsinya yaitu restore dan revive. Items restore berguna untuk menambah stat di detik2 terakhir. Restore tidak berfungsi bila sudah fainted. Contoh items restore adalah exilir (untuk satu orang) dan soma (untuk semua orang). Sedangkan items revive harus dipakaikan oleh orang lain. Contoh item revive adalah Balm of Live, Phoenix Down. Penggunaan items tidak bisa melebihi stat awal dan juga dalam 1 turn (tidak bisa menyerang setelah menggunakan items).
Equipments terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu armor, aksesoris, suit. Fungsi equipments adalah penunjang dalam duel misalnya menambah stat,damage, dsb. MA/Atk dalam equipments berguna untuk menambah jumlah serangan, DeF (Defense) mengurangi jumlah serangan lawan. max HP/MP untuk menambah stat, regen untuk menambah hp/mp sesuai akse (mulai turn kedua dan tidak berfungsi setelah faints)
