Pastor of faith, author, and faith healer, and television presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also known as Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, which is also called Christ Embassy is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique interpretation of God's Word has enthralled thousands of people across the globe.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7, 1963 in Edo State in Nigeria. He was raised in a religious family with loving, dedicated parents. He is the eldest of three sons born to elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her grace upon her son from an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is comprised of all members of the family. Reverend Ken, his brother, is the revered pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member on Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM), where numerous gospel artists are among the best-selling worldwide.

Pastor Chris has two daughters: Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following to follow the route of her father in preaching the gospel of God to the world. Also known as CSO, she is an award-winning gospel singer and a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his education at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship to study at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he earned an BSc. in Architecture, as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds awarded an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was the campus where he felt God called him to be an ordained minister to the Lord.

COFI manages the InnerCity Mission, ICM for Children as well as the Volunteer Medical Corps and Trauma International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation , and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations works to enhance the health and lives of those who are most in need.
