It's a big problem that people do not understand. I'd venture to say that it's like a minefield that we created .. It's a matter of moments after the first contact and ends with an astonishing explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to believe that we're completely in sync in our expectations of each side and not trying to guess what our counterparts expect from us. We're usually completely in sync with our partner , with the exception of one aspect : he doesn't miss an opportunity to widen this expectation gap . No one is there to warn us of the upcoming conflict.
There are many causes for communication issues, and the majority of them stem from our personality. Square personalities are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner than liberal personalities, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble in coordinating their expectations with those of passive individuals. This is easy to see - squared can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.

What if they're totally different? Imagine if there's a gap in personality. No one has ever detected it or warned anyone else about it, or investigated it...NOT FREUD! !
I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen the new type of personality we have in common The FULL-CIRCLE personality and people from the HALF circle! !
Note: A behavior guideline as you read the coming analysis attempt to determine which personality define you the best, and at the same time look for out which one of your friends is. You may be surprised find that you have different personalities. As Bono said, "we are one, but we are not the exact same." It's a positive sign since it could mean you have identified the root of of your divergences. If however, you're both of the same kind I'm sorry to say that I can't help but to provide a reason for why your relationships look so horrible.

Two categories of human beings can be described as human. Certain people are "full-circle" who are a self-contained person who feels completely at home all by him. He's in need of a partner. Absolutely! 100% true! ... However, until he's found the perfect partner, he will be able to live without one. He would like to share his life with his love and is hoping to be able to complete his circle.

The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side need to find a companion. They will not let go of the miserable creature once they find it. They'll try to physically integrate their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves don't want to sacrifice anything other than starring one at the other from a zero distance for the rest of their lives. They won't settle for something less intimate to meet their need to connect with their other half to make a complete.
Interesting observation between these two typesof people: the choice to let a partner go. The entire circle will surely be able to let go of a person that has lost their chemistry quickly. On the other hand half-circle types alter the definition of chemistry between two people to mean - "I hold onto this B..ST..RD. until I can replace him with an upgrade."
Imagine the fantastic dance that happens when a "half" and "full" circle attempt to force each other to become their partner. They're not aware of their distinctions. The Half takes two leaps forward, far beyond the comfort zone of his Full, who considers the sudden intrusion into his personal space too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half step outside of his comfort area ...... The Half is aware that the Full has made an innocent mistake, so they take another step backwards.. But the Half soon becomes upset and starts to make a bigger, more aggressive step.. The Full and the Half know why but lack proper terminology. They aren't able to properly express their frustration, and so they search at the wrong things. They could have avoided their own misery by knowing the distinction between Half and Full.

Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are a variety of actions that can be taken.
