Our biggest error is that we assume total co-operation in the expectations of our partners, without ever trying to understand the expectations of our partner. One thing we do agree on is that our counterpart doesn't miss an opportunity to expand this expectation gap ..... We don't even need anyone to alert us of the upcoming conflict.
There are a variety of possible causes of miscommunications. Most are due to differences in our personalities. The squared personality is more likely than those with liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty in coordinating expectations with passive. This isn't difficult to identify - we all recognize squared from liberal and aggressive from passive.

Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a new personality kind that we all have in common. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE differ from the HALF CLIRCLE types. !

Note - A behavioral guidance - when you read the next analysis, attempt to determine which personality describe you best and at the same time try to figure out which one of your friends is. If you find that you're distinct personalities - just like Bono sings, "we can be one but not exactly the same" If you do, then you ought to be extremely happy because you may have identified the cause of the differences between you. If you're of the opposite kind, I'm sorry I can not help you understand the reasons why your relationships look like crap.

Two types of people are human. Some of us fall into the "full-circle" category which refers to a person who is completely self-sufficient and does not feel like needing a partner. Sure, he's required to be with someone, and he's looking for one. Absolutely! All true! ... However, he will have to live without his dream partner until he finds one. After he has found the person of his dreams and is ready to spend his entire life with his hopefully complete circle - partner.
The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite aspect of humankind. (No it's not a the full-circle type that was damaged in delivery). When they find the miserable creature that they have found, they will not let it go. To create a happy circle, they be able to almost join the victims... however, don't allow them to do this bullshit of living side by side! They will not compromise their desire to be able to stare at each other for the rest their lives. It is impossible for them to feel more intimate than that.

An interesting distinction between the two types of people is the decision to leave a partner. The whole circle will typically let go of a partner with whom he has lost his chemistry quickly. Half-circles on the other hand redefine the concept of 'having chemistry' with their partners to be: 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD. until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine the incredible dance between the "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he accomplished this by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone . As the Half believes that the Full committed an error of his own and then took another step forward, the Half becomes irritated and takes another step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They can understand why, but since they don't have the correct language, they aren't able to adequately explain their madness and turn towards the wrong direction. They could have avoided their own misery in the event that they knew the difference between Half and Full.
