Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a family of faith and loving, devoted parents. He is the oldest son of the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace upon her son from a young age.

The LoveWorld ministry encompasses all members of the family. Reverend Ken is Ken's brother and an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is the director at the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This organization houses a variety of gospel artists, who are among the top sellers worldwide.

Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon has decided to follow her father's example of sharing the Gospel of God with the world, also called CSO She is an accomplished, award-winning gospel singer and an active member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome attended Edo College before winning a scholarship to study architecture at Bendel State University, known in the present as Ambrose Ali University, where the student earned an BSc in Architecture. He also received an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has awarded an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Chris Oyakhilome Family LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television station to broadcast from Africa to the the world, 24 hours a day, continuously on free-to air networks. Today, LoveWorld stations can be found on satellite and cable TV networks around the world.

Christ Embassy has a strong presence throughout Pastor Chris's homeland of Nigeria. The ministry operates two Healing Schools that are located in South Africa. These schools are where Pastor Chris holds seasonally sessions that allow miracles to take place.
