The issue of miscommunication is serious. I'd venture to say that it's a dangerous hazard that we created .. It starts a second after making contact with another person and then ends with an astonishing explosion...
We make the most common mistake of thinking we're in complete alignment with the expectations of our partners. We are almost always in total alignment with our counterpart, minus one thing : he doesn't overlook the chance to increase the gap in expectations . There are many potential causes of miscommunication. Many of them stem from the differences in our personalities. People with square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with people who are liberal. People who are aggressive will have trouble aligning their expectations and those of passive personalities. But, this isn't difficult to identify as we are all aware of the difference between liberal and squared and passive and active.

What happens if they're totally different? They'll not recognize that. It is possible that there is a gap in their personalities that we do not know about. No one has ever discovered it, warned about or investigated it. !
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to a different kind of personality that we all share: The FULL CIRCLE versus the HALLF CIRCLE personalities! !

If you find that you're different kinds - as Bono sings "we are one however we're not the same" You should be extremely happy as you might have discovered the root-cause for many of your differences! If you're the opposite type I'm sorry that I could not assist you in understanding the reasons your relationships look like a mess.

Humans can be divided into two distinct groups. Some of us can be divided into two groups that are self-contained while others feel completely at home. He requires a companion. Absolutely! This is absolutely true. ... But, he'll be able to survive without a dream partner until he gets it. He will continue living his life side by side with his partner until they find one.

The other side of humanity is made up of "half-a-circle" kinds - (no this isn't full circles that got damaged in the course of the delivery) - ... It's true, they need an accomplice, yes, they want an ally desperately, yes, they're in constant and almost religious search for a new partner... and yes it's as important in terms of national security that they find their partner because they just cannot survive without one. They will not let go of their miserable animal once they find it. They will attempt to live with their victim as if were one of them and will not let go of the idea of living in harmony. The Halves aren't content with any less than gazing at one another from zero distance. Only intimate relationships fulfill their desire to be connected with one another and form one whole.

The decision to let go is an ordinary occurrence. A partner who has lost their chemistry with the whole circle will be released in a natural way by the entire circle. Half-circle people, however, redefine what 'having mutually chemistry with their partner' to mean - 'im still holding onto this B..ST..RD until I am able replace them with a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine the amazing dance between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he accomplished this by removing the Half of his comfortable zone . When the Half thinks that the Full made an error of his own and then compensated with another step forward the Half starts to get angry and makes a second step backward.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both pissed off. They aren't sure why, but they aren't using the correct terms and are unable to explain the situation. They go to the wrong place. If they only knew that one of them is half and the other one is Full, it could have saved their lives ...

There is no single conclusion to this essay , but there are some action items:
1. Learn who you truly are
2. Find out about your friend
3. Realize the difference.
