Pihak Zam Clothing hanya menghubungi saya lewat fitur pesan di tokopedia.com, padahal solusi akan lebih jelas kalau mereka menghubungi saya lewat no. HP yang tentunya sudah tercantum di profil saya.

Bukannya mengakui kesalahan, pihak Zam Clothing malah membenarkan diri. Ini nih sikap orang goblok..

Pihak Zam Clothing tidak mau bertanggungjawab (cuma mau kasih pengembalian dana Rp. 1, bayangkan!).

Kalau teman2 perhatikan, barang yang salah ada 2, namun karena politik dari Zam Clothing, saya berbaik hati hanya memprotes 1 barang saja, dan kelihatannya pihak Zam Clothing cukup senang dengan hal ini (untung cuma 1 barang yang saya permasalahkan).

Mereka kelihatannya juga keburu senang karena saya belum menghitung ongkos kirimnya. Tapi akhirnya saya minta ongkos kirim dibagi 2.

Dengan kenyataan di atas, pihak Zam Clothing ternyata masih ngeles, pedagang macam begini ini yang bahaya.
