Fear of death may happen. Many of us have associated death with pain. We grieve for your loss one's loved any. We focus on the fact that they are no longer with us in physical form and our hearts fill with regret and sadness. Sometimes our negative view of death creates so much negative energy within our bodies, that our bodies begin experiencing symptoms of anxiety like rapid heartbeats, tunnel vision and forgetfulness.



It is sad observe people of which are afraid to cultivate old, not because of losing their youth, but because appeared bringing them closer to death. The worry can become so great that it robs them of time they have remaining.
