Make sure you take your time choosing the dream you wish to pursue. It is essential to ensure that you choose the best option. It is crucial that you're passionate about your vision and believe it's possible to succeed. You are convinced of the concept of the business you decide to pursue. This is even more important than the venture you select. When you've embarked on your journey, don't be scared to adjust your plans during the course of your journey. Rami Beracha's advice to students at Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based upon his personal life experience. Rami was a young man who chose to pursue a degree in Law. Though he wasn't sure whether it was the best option for him, he decided to study law and got an MBA in New York. He then worked overseas in a law firm. Through his experience at the Wall Street firm, he realized that he was interested about business more than law. He left his job to go to France to pursue an MBA.

Following her graduation in 1996, Beracha began working for the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is the biggest Israeli venture capital investment fund. Pitango is an investment fund that invests early stage companies, in the high-tech core industries. It has over 200 investments and has 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in 2000 and for the next 18 years, he lead many deals that led to success in the exits of large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco and Apple.

He didn’t stop there. Globes awarded Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011, recognizing his role as an influential investor. In 2014 Rami founded a new initiative known as Sosa. Sosa has innovation centres located in New York, Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Here they help innovative high-tech firms partner with entrepreneurs around the world seeking to work with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently elected to manage and build the Cyber Center in New York City.

Although the past couple of years since the coronavirus began have been tough economically, Rami Beracha believes that there are always new opportunities to be found. He recommends looking for companies that have the potential to create significant digital transformation.
Beracha is currently working on a couple of new projects. With a group of business associates, he has recently established a blockchain-based investment fund in London. Beracha is ready for the next step following his role in helping to establish Israel as a global technology hub. In line with Beracha's business strategy, the new fund states: "We know technology, however, we invest in mission driven people". They are looking for companies that are passionate and assist blockchain's quest to earn a place at the forefront new ideas.

Beracha plans to start a Middle Eastern fund for venture capital. Beracha believes this is the right moment to invest in Arab markets, particularly after the recent agreement of the Abraham Accords between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai is a prosperous and modern location to begin. The idea for his newest fund, or Ender Ventures, as he will call it, is to attract Israeli ad European Investors to support UAE high-tech companies in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality robotics, robotics, and many more. Unique in its outlook for business The United Arab Emirates is a unique country. The low tax rate as well as the laws that favor business will make it a magnet for numerous businesses in the coming decades.

Rami Beracha's tense past
Although Rami Beracha is a successful person today, his path wasn't always easy. Beracha joined army as a young man, much like most Israelis. He was a combat soldier in the Paratrooper's Brigade and fought through the Lebanon War. Rami was part of a rescue team which was tasked with helping wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983, shortly after the war. However, Rami stepped on a hidden mine and lost his foot and hand in the incident.

The time he spent in rehabilitation hospital was among the most challenging times of his life. He was not able to move and fell into desperation and depression. All of his dreams of building his army career were lost and he wasn't sure who is he. Rami was able to continue living and dreaming despite his suffering. He set out to become stronger and more efficient than he was prior to the injuries. Rami decided to try new extreme sports. He loves kitesurfing, snowboarding and kitesurfing. He's also trekked up Mount Kilimanjaro. He frequently feels the unrestrained past pushing him to the limits and pushing him to the limit.
He makes donations and volunteers in numerous organizations. He is incredibly passionate about helping young men who, like him, were wounded in combat. Rami was part of a group who suffered injuries during his time in the army on a Nepal trip in the year 2016. He rose to the rank major in the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army by 2018. Childhood dreams came through despite the challenges. His life and story can be a source of inspiration for others. Rami didn’t let his injuries hold her back. He was always trying new techniques, learning, and growing until he was stronger than before.
