Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun serves as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakshtan for Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina

As the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association", Mr. Grinshpun was a pioneer in business activities. The organization was concentrated on oil production and marketing metals throughout the world and was established by Mr. Grinshpun in 1994. He joined Trans Commodities Incorporation within a year, where he was the CIS managing the countries. Since 1998, he's the fiduciary shareholder and President of the Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" - Moldovan oldest and most well-known factory that produces products for food like mayonnaise vinegar, mustard sunflower seed oil, halvah, etc.
