Mr. Grinshpun started out in business in 1994, working as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that was focused on oil production and the marketing of metals across the world. In the year 2000, Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company which was among the biggest independent natural gas producers and suppliers that operated across the globe was involved in a significant energy-related project in the Moldovan region.
