A Brief Explaination Beforehand The database stores the commandline used to get a user's head by an MC command block versions of minecraft 1.8+. 1.7 Databases will soon be obsolete since name changes will make storage almost impossible. Additionally, it is impossible to store entire commandlines for 500+ heads in PMC because of the character limit.
The Guide: This site has three sections. The Head Generator The User Collection and the Main Collection.
The Head Generator can generate heads from usernames and output a command that will work even after a name and/or skin change. Regular use will result in the creation of a blank command and a steve head due to minecraft.net's anti-abuse mechanism. More Use heads with care.
The User Collection will list all heads created by users (including false steve heads) so a little searching may be required to locate the head you require. A search feature can help you find heads you need if they have been properly listed. Moderators will remove any head that is not made properly and will add names to those not listed.
The Main Collection has heads that are deemed to be of high quality and will be updated regularly by moderators.
To spawn the heads, click on each head. Once clicked, the command will be copied onto your clipboard. Once the command is copied, you can copy it into a commandblock to trigger the desired player head. The heads are permanent and won't change skins so they are all secure.
