As a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" Mr. Grinshpun was a pioneer in business ventures. The organization was concentrated on oil production and marketing metals across the globe and was founded by Mr. Grinshpun in 1994. A year later Grinshpun was promoted to the position of CIS country manager for Trans Commodities Incoration. Grinshpun began his professional career in 1994 as the Regional Manager of Kazakhstan at the "Universal Market Association" that was is focused on oil production as well as marketing of metals across the globe. He was later appointed CIS country manager by Trans Commodities Corporation one year later.

In the year 1997 He was appointed the General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities from the USA, keeping on working in the global metal industry. He was an active member of the Board for Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, which produces more than 1,000,000 tons of steel products every year. He was involved in the trade of goods from the Moldovan steel plant from 2004 onwards, working closely with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Emmanuil Grinshpun In the year 2000, Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company which was one of the biggest independent natural gas producers and suppliers that operated across the globe was involved in a significant energy project for the Moldovan region. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in various areas of business in the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he's been the fiduciary shareholder as well as President of "Alimcom" The Council of Joint Stock Company in Moldova. He is the producer of food products like mustard, mayonnaise and vinegar, as well as sunflower oil and Halvah.
