SERVERLIST101 The book will help new players get started in the game by offering tips on how to choose characters and even address some of the hype in the media about the addictive nature of the game. Personally I thought this was a great touch that is often missed these days, it's automatically assumed that everyone has the basics, and this brief introduction will ensure that the book won't turn off the novice gamer before they've reached the content.



It also explains the basics of the game and introduces us to various professions. It's not just an instructional book for beginners or anyone who plays World of Warcraft a lot is bound to discover loads of information that might have passed them by. Even if you are a seasoned player, you may find the book tempting you to sign up for a different account so that you can play as a different character.



Of course, there's not much here that you can't find doing a quick Internet search, and even if you're an experienced gamer who is satisfied with their style and character then you probably won't get a great deal out of this. Having said that, this is a great book to pick up and read, flip through and generally dip in and out of. This book is essential for anyone new to World of Warcraft.
