The ability of his team to communicate to his team members
Nili Bachar after having been fired by Gili Landau, regained control of Kiryat Shamona and was the captain of the team on the State Cup final. The team finished in fifth place in the league, however they went on to win the next year. Beersheba came in third place in the league, with Bachar playing a major role in their triumph. Though he's struggled sometimes, the team has been able to win seven consecutive league games.
It is frequently suggested that the capacity of coaches to communicate with his players is important, Bachar has shown this through recent contests. נילי בכר Bachar has a close relationship with many players in his squad, so he has used this friendship to keep his team up to date and focused on their targets. Bachar succeeded in convincing the veteran midfielder Sheriff Tiraspol to stay and be a good player in the next stage.
His decision-making process
Beersheba supporters are clearly dissatisfied by the manager's decision to quit Kiryat Shmona. After Gili Landau's firing, Bachar became the head coach, and led the team to success in the state cup final. As a team, Kiryat Shmona came in fifth and won the State Cup the following year. Maor Buzaglo was dissatisfied with his job at the end of last year. Bachar kept the team's focus in spite of his failings. Bachar is now regarded as the most brilliant coach in Israel.
