Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun began his career in 1994, working as a Regional Manager in Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" that was focused on the production and marketing of metals all over the world. A year later, he joined Trans Commodities Inc., and was appointed to the post as CIS country manager.

He was appointed the General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities in the USA in 1997. This gave him the opportunity to work for the international metal industry. He was a member of the Board from 1998 to 2004 of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. It is an international rated company that produces more than 1,000,000 tonnes of steel goods each year. In 2000 , Mr. Grinshpun, together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company, which was one of the biggest independent natural gas sellers and producers worldwide, was involved in a significant energy-related project in the Moldovan region.
