Many experts believe that 5G can reduce the immune system's strength, which can lead to an increase in the chance of developing COVID-19.

A recent resolution by The Portland City Council demands that the Federal Communications Commission do more studies on the health consequences of 5G wireless networks. Although this research is essential however, it's likely to be completed within the same amount of time as 5G technology is rolled out. Many experts believe that the radiation emitted from 5G's wireless technologies doesn't cause cancer. But, recent research conducted by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has challenged this belief. The study was able to prove the causal link between radiofrequency waves and cancer in both human and animal research. In the study, the researchers looked at 125 studies conducted on humans and 75 animal models from 2008 until the year 2019. The FDA concluded that there was no link between radiofrequency waves and cancer.

Vandalism
A rising amount of criminals are targeting the 5G network's infrastructure. Some vandalism has been involving sabotage of mobile networks through burning down masts and damaging other infrastructure. There have also reported instances of individuals hiding razor blades and needles in anti-5G posters. In addition, several sabotage attempts have been associated with co-infections with the COVID-19 pandemic.

5g radiations against 5G are taking place all over the globe. Anti-5G activists have designated the 6th of June as a day of protest across the globe and warned that 5G radio emissions are harmful for the environment. But the majority of scientists agree with these protesters.

Arson
There have been numerous reports that link 5G mobile networks with arson attacks. The most recent incident involved the burning of 20 cell phone towers located in the United Kingdom during the Easter weekend. The arsonists had a pattern in mind and set the cell phone towers on fire in the shape of bunny ears. This pattern could be linked to the coronavirus pandemic. However, no one has been able confirm the theory.

Although this theory has been in circulation for years, the recent hype around 5G has made them more visible. For example, a New York Times article noted that Russian propaganda network RT America had been broadcasting reports about threats to 5G. As a result, organizations like those of the Oakmore Neighborhood Advocacy Group have been using Pall's arguments at city council meetings as well as community forums, and are vocally opposing 5G deployment in their area.

Politicians

Others have joined in the cause. The most recent protest was held at Mullumbimby, Australia, in the middle of April. The residents of Mullumbimby were driven to protest after 5G installers installed the new network against the wishes that the council of town. Though they were legally authorized, town council had no power to approve the project.
