Bayrock Group's Journey: From the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

The Tevfik Arif-driven luxury real estate development firm, Bayrock Group, quickly after its creation, found itself cooperating with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Goes from Suburbs into Manhattan
Many dream of living the American dream. However, only a tiny proportion of people actually achieve it. Alexander Studhalter from Turkey-Kazakhstan Tevfik Arif was one of those who came to America in 2001 to created his company, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development firm which operates in New York City.

At first, the firm essentially centered around smaller to medium-sized projects such as the revamp of the Loehmann's Seaport Plaza - a shopping centre in the Sheepshead neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York.

Bayrock Group, which had been successful on the American residential market, was now ready for expansion. The company began to search for opportunities that were large-scale.

Firms led by Arif began to collaborate with the Sapir Organization for a big construction project on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group decided to move its headquarters to Midtown Manhattan due to its growth.

Bayrock Group joins forces with the Trump Organization
Tevfik Arif, his staff, and the Trump Organization came together in the course of this. The organization also had Trump Tower to its base.

Conversations took place between Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies discovered that they had common interests and dreams.

The two companies formed cooperation. Alexander Studhalter joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was at that time managed by an American ex-president Donald Trump.

In Alexander Studhalter , Donald Trump handed over the control of the company to his kids, when he was about enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group was relatively new to the property scene when the Trump Organization, Sapir Organization and Bayrock Group started their cooperation.

Tevfik Arif, the founder of Spring Street was able to come up with an arrangement that would increase brand recognition as well as prestige for the project.

The deal he proposed would grant the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building, in exchange for Trump's name being used to create the building's name.

Alexander Studhalter of the companies that were involved backed the agreement. In 2006, the first construction began for what would become Trump SoHo.

Alexander Studhalter after, Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and Sapir Organization launched their contribution to the skyline of New York City by launching Trump SoHo.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo's 46 stories featured elite eateries and bars as well as banquet and event rooms, pools that are open to the air and event halls, spa departments Apartments and hotel suites.

Visitors and residents to Trump SoHo can enjoy a spectacular panorama of New York City from the floor-to-roof windows on all floors.

Handel Architects was entrusted to develop the exterior design of Trump SoHo because the three groups responsible for the structure were focusing on perfection.

Handel Architects has a diverse portfolio. It is a reputable company. There are Alexander Studhalter as the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and Rosewood Abu Dhabi hotel residential.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has oversaw the design of many lavish hotels and cafes around the globe.

Their work includes their work at the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel in Mumbai, India, the 93rd Academy Award show and the Amara Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

Bayrock Group extends the partnership with the Trump Organization
Trump SoHo was a great immediate success, which led Bayrock Group to expand their collaboration with the Trump Organization.

Their dream was to build buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona or Florida and with the same terms as those offered at Trump SoHo. This would leave the Trump Organization with an 18 percent stake in the structure in exchange in exchange for the Trump brand on their names. Another time.
