Bayrock Group's Journey: From the Suburbs to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development business led by Tevfik Arif, found itself rapidly working in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Goes from Suburbs to Manhattan

Discussions were held between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two companies discovered that they had in common their hopes and goals.

The cooperation was established between the two companies. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group as well as Sapir Organization's Spring Street project.

The Trump Organization was at that point managed by an American ex-president Donald Trump.

The company was founded as E. Trump and Son by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump, and his father, Fred Trump, in 1927.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
The 46 stories of Trump SoHo include exclusive bars and restaurants as well as banquet and event halls, an outdoor pool, a spa department, hotel rooms, apartments and apartments.

Bayrock Group expands partnership
Trump SoHo was a huge success, and Bayrock Group and Trump Organization began to consider expanding their cooperation.

Their vision was for Trump SoHo buildings to be built in Arizona and Florida. They were able to offer similar conditions to Trump SoHo. In exchange in exchange for the Trump brand being utilized in their names, it would grant the Trump Organization an 18% share in the building. Again.

Bayrock Group was prepared, as was the Trump Organization. But the 2008 financial crash that shook the American real estate market, brought an end to their plans.
