Tevfik relocated to the United States in 2001 to grow and be closer to his American family. He founded the Bayrock Group in New York City which is a luxurious real estate development company.

Bayrock was not able to get many of his early projects off of in the first place despite Arif's efforts to get to know and comprehend the market in his area.

He eventually focused his efforts in Manhattan's most highly coveted real estate market. Arif was a seasoned investor and business entrepreneur, despite New York's intimidating real estate market.

Bayrock Group's new headquarters are in Trump Tower in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization shared a similar idea to create luxury real estate projects. They joined forces.

The Bayrock Group was already working with the Sapir Organization on a project on Spring Street in Manhattan’s SoHo quarter.

The incorporation of the Trump Organization in that project will increase the effectiveness of Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization; Tevfik arif's brand name was well-known.

Arif drafted an agreement to give the Trump Organization 18% of the building in exchange for the Trump brand to be used.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization approved the proposed agreement.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock In 2006 the first brick was laid at SoHo.

It took two years to build the structure, and it was completed in time for its official opening two years later.

Trump SoHo was designed by design experts
Trump SoHo was opened with hotels and apartments luxurious bars and restaurants and a pool. It also has an event hall, and event spaces.
