Bayrock Group's Journey from the Suburbs up to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development company led by Tevfik Arif. It quickly was incorporated into the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Moves: From Suburbs, to Manhattan
Many dream of moving to the United States to live the American dream, but only a few people make it. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Ari was in America when he established Bayrock Group in America in 2001.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company working in New York City.

The first focus of the firm was small to medium-sized projects like the revamp of Loehmanns Seaport Plaza, which is a shopping center in Brooklyn's Sheepshead, New York.

The incident resulted in Tevfik and his team getting together with the Trump Organization. The organization also had Trump Tower at its base.

Conversations were held between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization after the two companies discovered that they shared similar interests and hopes.

Both companies formed a cooperation in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its project with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization, as well as the Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the partnership.

Tevfik Ariff, the founder of Spring Street, created an arrangement to boost the brand's recognition and reputation.

He proposed a deal under which the Trump Organization would be given 18% equity and the right to make use of the Trump name on the name of this building.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization expand the partnership
Trump SoHo was an immediate success, and it was the catalyst for Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization to consider increasing their cooperation.

The company's dream was to build buildings like Trump SoHo, Arizona and Florida on the same terms that Trump SoHo. As a compromise the Trump Organization would receive 18 percent equity in this structure in return to using the Trump brand. Bayrock Again, this time.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization were prepared for everything. They could plan but the 2008 financial crisis that seriously disrupted the American real estate market affected their plans.
