Minecraft Mobs List All Neutral, Neutral, Passive and Tameable Mobs In Minecraft

There's a staggering amount of mobs that can be found in Minecraft as of 1.18 and it's advisable to learn as much about them as possible to ensure that you manage each one in a responsible manner.

Below is the complete list of Minecraft mobs and animals, ranging from the humble Chicken to legendary monsters such as the Ender Dragon, and even mobs that are coming up like Frogs, Allays, and the Warden, which are all scheduled to be released in Minecraft 1.19.

List of Minecraft mobs

Minecraft has progressed a lot since it first came into existence in the early 2010s. There are now 73 mobs in Minecraft and there are more to come in Minecraft 1.19. ), and each mob behaves and looks differently from the rest. Below, I've listed every mob in the game, classified based on the degree to which they are passive, neutral or hostile towards the player.

Passive mobs are those that won't attack the player, even if the player attacks them first. They are generally harmless animals that run away when attacked, or approached in some cases. Below is a complete listing of all Passive mobs. https://screamyguy.net/ Then, you'll find a list of breedable, tameable, and rideable passive mobs.

Axolotl - Bat - Cat - Chicken - Cod - Cow - Donkey - Fox - Glow Squid - Horse - Mooshroom -- Mule - Ocelot - Parrot - Pig - Piglin (baby) - Polar Bear (baby) - Pufferfish - Rabbit - Salmon - Sheep - Skeleton Horse - Snow Golem - Squid - Strider Tropical Fish Turtle Villager Wandering Trader Frog (upcoming mob, coming with Minecraft 1.19 update) Allay (upcoming mob, arriving with Minecraft 1.19 update)

Breedable mobs

Rideable mobs

- Donkey - Horse - Pig - Mule - Skeleton Horse - Strider

Mobs that are neutral can change between hostile or passive towards the player based on the circumstances. Below I have listed every mob's behavior when threatened to turn hostile.

Bee - provoked when attacked or beehive is broken it only attacks once Cave Spider - hostile if in low light levels Dolphin - provoked if attacked Enderman - provoked if he is attacked or observed by Goat - randomly attacks nearby players Iron Golem Provoked by a villager who is nearby Llama - provoked when attacked, attacks only once Piglin (adult) is provoked by any player wearing 1+ Golden Armor pieces Panda is provoked when attacked, attacks only once Polar Bear (adult) - provoked when attacked or near a cub Spider - hostile if low light level Wolf - provoked when attacked by Zombified Piglin - provoked when attacked

If they can, hostile mobs will attack players near them. They are plain stupid.

Minecraft boss mobs

There are currently two "boss mobs" that are currently in Minecraft. These powerful mobs each have their own health bars, and are currently the most dangerous enemies in Minecraft.

- Ender Dragon Wither
