Minecraft convention firm is sorry about Peterborough's event that was a victim of complaints.

After parents were angry and have criticized the convention on social media, the organizers of the Minecraft convention stated that they were "truly sorry".
But many people have stated that they waited for hours to meet with famous players and demanded refunds.
O'Brien Event Management stated that a new system would be implemented to reduce the waiting times in the near future.
The convention, which was not approved by Mojang, Minecraft-developer, offered fans the chance to meet famous YouTubers, take photos, and play games.
Lisa O'Brien, at O'Brien Event Management, has previously told the BBC the queues were too long by 45 minutes because of the number of people who turned up on the day instead of buying tickets in advance.
A further statement released on the company's website said: "We are truly genuinely sorry that our event didn't meet a few people's expectations.
"MineVention is primarily a 'meet and greet' event and therefore, it is a queue, but on the plus side it does give the children the chance to meet their heroes.
"We have taken your feedback regarding the event into consideration and, moving forward, we will be putting into a new queueing system and a lot more content."
The company also issued an announcement from Peterborough Arena, which was responsible for catering, that also blamed the "sheer number" of people who came through the doors on the day of the event for the long queues.
Both parties said that they would contact any parents who contacted them in discontent.
Refunds have not been discussed, however parents have claimed they were offered them the next day after complaining to staff.
Online ticketing company YPlan stated that it was "actively seeking information from the event partner to understand their stance on refunds , and will attempt to compensate all customers who were dissatisfied with the outcome of this event".
