If you're concerned about the dangers of 5G, you aren't alone. It's been linked with cancer, among other ailments, and even has been the object of Vandalism. 5g radiations has been linked to radio frequency waves, which can be dangerous for your immune system. If you're looking to know more about it, continue reading.
Radiation caused cancer
It is not clear whether radiation-induced cancer is linked to 5G. However, there is evidence to suggest that it may lower the immune system, which makes us more susceptible to COVID-19. Further, studies have shown that 5G doesn't affect the transmission of new coronaviruses. However, further research is necessary to confirm these results.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is looking into the health risks that come by 5G technologies. The agency is analyzing public health data and scientific evidence to assess the potential health risks related to this technology. It's not certain if the risks are serious enough to justify the need for a moratorium on 5G's deployment.
Immune system weakening
One of the newest conspiracy theories circulating the web claims that the use of 5G technology degrades the human immune system. According to this theory five-G's wireless technologies are the cause of the Covid-19 virus which is a fatal coronavirus. The virus is transmitted from person to person and was first discovered by Wuhan, China, about 18 months ago. Covid-19 is prevalent in many nations and is linked with thousands of deaths.
5G wireless technology utilizes the radio frequency of high frequencies to link smartphones and other gadgets. However, there is an absence of research about whether or not the waves will cause cancer. Certain researchers believe that 5G could reduce the immune system's strength and could lead to an increase in the risk of developing COVID-19.
Cancer
A recent resolution of The Portland City Council demands that the Federal Communications Commission do more studies on the health consequences on the health of wireless 5G network. Although this research is essential but it's unlikely to be completed in the same amount of time as 5G technology is being used. By then, the industry will be moving to the next generation, which is likely to be 7G or 6G. The resolution is a reflection of an interest in local control over this issue However, the resolution acknowledges the fact that local governments aren't legally permitted to defy federal orders.
Many experts argue that the radiation produced by 5G wireless technology does not cause cancer. However recent research conducted by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has challenged this belief. The study was able prove the causal link with radiofrequency radiation and the development of cancer both human and animal studies. In the study, the researchers looked at 125 studies conducted on animals and humans as well as 75 human models between 2008 and the year 2019. The FDA concluded that there was no connection to radiofrequency energy and cancer.
Vandalism
An increasing amount of criminals are targeting the 5G network's infrastructure. Some vandalism has involved sabotaging the mobile networks through burning down masts and destroying other infrastructure. In addition, there have seen reports about people concealing needles and razor blades hidden behind anti-5G signs. Furthermore, several sabotage attacks have been linked to COVID-19. COVID-19 pandemic.
Protests against 5G are taking place all over the world. Protesters have declared the 6th of June as a day of worldwide protest and stated that radio emissions from 5G harm the environment. However, most scientists disagree with the activists.
Arson
There have been numerous reports linking 5G mobile networks to arson attacks. The most recent incident involved the burning of twenty cell phone towers located in the United Kingdom during the Easter weekend. The arsonists had a pattern in their minds: they set the towers of cell phones on fire with the form of bunny ears. This pattern may be connected with the pandemic of coronavirus. However, nobody has been able to prove the theory.
While the theories were in circulation for a long time, the recent buzz about 5G has made them more visible. For example an New York Times article noted that Russian propaganda channel RT America had been broadcasting stories on threats to 5G. In the meantime, groups such as those of the Oakmore Neighborhood Advocacy Group have been making reference to Pall's arguments in city council meetings and community forums, and speaking out against 5G deployment in their region.
Politicians
5G, the next-generation of wireless technologies, called 5G, is sweeping the country. It promises better connections, more speedy Internet, and easier acces to info. However, with the widespread deployment, there is the possibility for problems. For example, 5G might interfere with the instruments in airplanes. Already, major airlines have changed some flights to avoid being close to the new towers.
In the end, many politicians are worried about the security of 5G networks. In the United States, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has been tasked with quelling fears about the emerging technology. However, some politicians are urging the agency to protect the aviation industry and its customers by making sure that 5G is constructed in a safe manner. Reps. Andy Kim, Thomas Suozzi, as well as Peter Defazio have written to the FCC requesting more information on the infrastructure required for 5G.
Environmental activists
Many people are concerned about the possible dangers of 5G mobile networks. Environmental activists, celebrities even fringe science experts have spoken out about concerns about the dangers. In 2015, 190 scientists from 40 countries signed a letter to the UN calling on for the World Health Organization to review current guidelines on 5G-related networks. In April, the European Union echoed those concerns in April of 2019 when it stopped work on the network.
Revolts over 5G tech have occurred all over the world. In Australia there was the "We Say No to 5G" (2020a) campaign coordinated protests across the country. Others have joined in the cause. The latest protest was held at Mullumbimby, Australia, in late April. The residents of Mullumbimby were driven to protest after 5G operators installed the network against the wishes of the town council. While Proteckd was legally legal, town council had no power to approve the project.
