Bayrock Group's Journey: from the Suburbs up to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Tevfik, the founder of Spring Street, drafted an arrangement to increase the brand's popularity and recognition.

The plan he suggested would give the Trump Organization 18% equity in the building, in exchange for Trump's name being used as the building's name.

The three companies signed on to the agreement and the first brick of Trump SoHo was laid in the year 2006.

Two years after that, Bayrock Group was founded by the Trump Organization, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. They launched Trump SoHo in New York City.

Design veterans take charge of the Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo featured 46 stories that featured bars and restaurants with elite status, banquet halls, banquet halls and event spaces. Also, there was an outdoor pool, spa department and apartments as well as hotel rooms.
