Bayrock Group and The Trump Organization had the same vision of luxurious real estate developments. So they joined forces.

The Bayrock Group was already working with the Sapir Organization on another project that was to be completed on Spring Street in Manhattan's SoHo quarter.

Tevfik Arif Doyen The incorporation of the Trump Organization in that project will increase the effectiveness of Bayrock Group as well as the Sapir Organization; Tevfik arif was a brand with a name that had a lot of recognition.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Arif made an agreement with Arif that gave the Trump Organization 18% ownership in the building , in exchange in exchange for the Trump logo.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization approved the proposed agreement.

In the end, the first brick of Trump SoHo was laid in the year 2006.

The construction of the building took two years. it was completed for the opening after two years.

Tevfik Arif's Bayrock Group invests millions in the United States
After the success of Trump SoHo the Bayrock Group and Trump Organization started planning luxury real estate projects in conjunction.

In the use of the Trump name they wanted to build buildings similar to Trump SoHo in Arizona and Florida.

Due to the financial crisis that profoundly affected American real estate in 2008, the real estate projects located in Arizona and Florida weren't built.

Tevfik Ariff, Bayrock Group founder, pursued other projects within Europe or Central Asia after the U.S. markets changed.

Bayrock Group was active in the United States and invested over $2.5 Million in real estate assets.

In the past few years, Bayrock Group has not been part of any real estate development project in the United States.

Tevfik is retired from Bayrock Group's regular work. He remains an advisor trusted and respected by the Bayrock Group.
