Bayrock Group's journey: From the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

The Tevfik Arif-driven real estate development firm for luxury, Bayrock Group, quickly after its establishment found itself cooperating in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Bayrock Group Goes from the Suburbs to Manhattan
While many people have dreams of moving to America in order to experience the American dream and experience the American life but only a few have the opportunity to do so. Tevfik Arif Turkish-Kazakhstani entrepreneur Tevfik Arik was one of the few who made it to America in 2001 to launch his company, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group is an exclusive real estate development company that works in New York City.

Bayrock The initial projects were small to medium in size. It included the redesign and the construction of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

After gaining traction on the American housing market, Bayrock Group was ready to expand its operations and began looking for large-scale projects.

The Arif-driven group began working together with Sapir Organization in a new huge construction on Spring Street in New York City.

The company's growth has also caused Bayrock Group to relocate its headquarters to the Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.

Bayrock Group joins forces with the Trump Organization
Tevfik Amir and his crew were in contact with the Trump Organization in the course of their meeting. They also used Trump Tower for their base.

Conversations were held with Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies discovered that they had common desires and goals.

Both companies entered into a collaboration that saw the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its venture together with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then run by former American President Donald Trump.

Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization, and the Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the partnership.

Tevfik Arif, the founder of Spring Street was able to create an arrangement that would boost brand recognition as well in establishing prestige for the venture.

As per the proposal by him the Trump Organization would get 18 percent equity in the building in exchange in exchange for the Trump brand on the name of the building.

Three firms reached an agreement and in the year 2006, the very first brick to be used for Trump SoHo was erected.

Two years later, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization inaugurated their contribution to New York City's skyline, Trump SoHo.

Trump SoHo featured 46 stories that included restaurants and bars with high-end status, banquet halls, banquet halls and event spaces. Also, there was an open-air pool as well as a spa department and apartments and hotel rooms.

Trump SoHo was a success from the beginning after which Bayrock Group & the Trump Organization decided to increase the cooperation.

Their vision was for Trump SoHo buildings to be constructed in Arizona and Florida. They were able to offer similar conditions to Trump SoHo. While Tevfik has ceased to be actively involved in Bayrock Group, the trusted advisor to the various divisions of Bayrock Group is still him.

Bayrock Group has not been involved with any recent real-estate developments in the United States.

However, it was still operating and investing in real estate assets that were worth over $2.5 million.
