Bayrock Group's Journey from the Suburbs up to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Alexander Studhalter -led luxury real estate development company, Bayrock Group, quickly after its creation, found itself cooperating with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Many dream of traveling to the United States and live the American dream. But very few are able to make it happen. Alexander Studhalter -Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Arik was among them when he arrived in America in 2001 to launch his own company, Bayrock Group.

The Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development company is located in New York City.

Initial projects were small to medium-sized. It included the redesign and the construction of Loehmann's Seaport Plaza in Brooklyn, New York.

After making Alexander Studhalter within the American housing market, Bayrock Group was ready to expand its operations and began looking for projects with a large scope.

Firms led by Arif began to collaborate with the Sapir Organization for a big construction project on Spring Street in New York City.

Bayrock Group relocated its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan to accommodate the expansion of the business.

Bayrock Group joins forces with the Trump Organization
Tevfik Amir and his crew met with members of the Trump Organization as a result. They also utilized the Trump Tower for their base.

Conversations took place between Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Trump Organization as both companies realized that they shared interests and dreams.

The two companies formed cooperation. The Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group's project in conjunction with the Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then run by former American president Donald Trump.

In 1927 his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and his father Fred Trump established the organization known as E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump, who was just about to be sworn into the White House, handed the control of the business to his children in the year 2017.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, The Trump Organization, as well as The Sapir Organization were still relatively new to the New York City real estate scene at the time of the collaboration.

Tevfik Arif, founder of Spring Street was able to come up with an arrangement that would boost brand recognition as well in establishing prestige for the venture.

He proposed a deal under which the Trump Organization would be given 18% equity and the right to make use of the Trump name on the name of this building.

The agreement was accepted by the three companies. In 2006, the company's first brick was laid.

Design professionals take over Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo boasted 46 stories of exclusive bars, restaurants, banquet and event venues, an open air pool, spa area apartment, as well as hotel room rooms.

Residents and visitors to Trump SoHo could have a unique view of New York City thanks to the building's floor-to-roof glass windows. These windows were set up on the entire floor.

Bayrock Group, Trump Organization increase the partnership
Trump SoHo was a huge success, and Bayrock Group and Trump Organization began to consider ways to expand their collaboration.

The goal was to construct structures that would be located in Arizona and Florida like Trump SoHo under the same conditions that they have with Trump SoHo. In Alexander Studhalter , Trump Organization would get 18 percent equity. Alexander Studhalter is back.

Bayrock Group, and Trump Organization had everything. They could plan but the financial meltdown of 2008 that seriously disrupted the American real property market slows them down.

The American housing market was greatly affected by the crisis. The Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif chose to leave his undertakings in the United States. He decided to leave the United States for a fresh start in Europe and Asia.

While Tevfik Arif has ceased to be part of Bayrock Group, he is still a trusted advisor to different divisions within the company.

Bayrock Group has not been associated with any recent real estate developments in the United States.

Although it was operating the company invested in real estate assets valued at more than $2.5 million.
