Bayrock Group's journey: From the Suburbs, to Manhattan Tevfik Arif

Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate developer company, was able to work swiftly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after its establishment.

Both companies entered into a collaboration in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its project with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then run by the former American president Donald Trump.

E. Trump and Son was founded by his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump (in 1927).

Donald Trump gave the management of his business to his children as he was about enter the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization began to work together in New York City's residential real estate market.

Tevfik Arif, the founder of Spring Street was able to create an arrangement that would boost brand recognition as well in establishing prestige for the venture.

According to him, Trump Organization would obtain 18% equity for the building , in exchange for having the Trump logo in the title.

Two years after, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization inaugurated their contribution to the skyline of New York City, Trump SoHo.

Design experts take over Trump SoHo
Trump SoHo featured 46 stories that included restaurants and bars with high-end status banquet halls, banquet halls and event spaces. Additionally, there was an open-air pool as well as a spa department and apartments and hotel rooms.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo's interiors. Rockwell Group is responsible for the design of numerous luxurious hotels, cafes,, as theatres and bars all over the world.

Their works include their work at the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award show.

Bayrock Group extends the collaboration with the Trump Organization
Trump SoHo was a great immediate success, which led Bayrock Group to expand their collaboration with the Trump Organization.

Their goal was to construct structures similar to Trump SoHo, Arizona and Florida in the same way as Trump SoHo. The result would be that the Trump Organization with an 18 percent equity stake in the structure as a trade-off to use the Trump brand on their names. Bayrock Once again.
