Bayrock Group, founded by Tevfik Alif (Turkish-Kazakhstani) in 2001, is a developer of luxurious real estate in New York City. Bayrock Group was founded in another country initially.

Bayrock Group
In 2001, Tevfik Arif moved to the United States to expand his company and be closer to his American family. He founded the Bayrock Group in New York City which is a luxurious real estate development firm.

Bayrock's first projects, despite Arif's efforts to build his networks and understand the market in his area, were numerous.

In the end, he shifted his focus to Manhattan's more prestigious real property market. Tevfik Arif Doyen Arif was a successful investor, as well as a businessman despite the daunting characteristics of New York realty.

In 2006, the very first brick of SoHo was built.

Trump SoHo was constructed by designers with experience
Trump SoHo opened in Manhattan featuring hotel rooms, apartments and luxury eateries, as well as bars and a pool.
